About Coldant Syrup
Paracetamol + Phenylpropanolamine + Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Sodium Citrate is a combination of four medicines: Paracetamol , Phenylpropanolamine , Chlorpheniramine Maleate and Sodium Citrate which relieve common cold symptoms. Phenylpropanolamine is a sympathomimetics agonist. It narrows blood vessels in the nose to relieve congestion.
